Role? Key Account Manager to join our Generalist & Motor Sales team. You have an interesting portfolio of customers and prospects consisting of one of the most exciting brands and companies in Finland. Your task is to drive the sales and to offer the entire Schibsted Marketplaces Portfolio to the selected customers.
Requirements? A few years of experience in sales and preferably working close to marketing communications and media. Growth mindset and good team work skills. Fluency in Finnish and working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities & projects
As a Key Account Manager you will be in charge of portfolio with selected large advertisers and making sure that they are offered with the best advertising, content and classifieds solutions. You ensure the best possible solutions for your customers by working in a close collaboration with media agencies and our internal experts.
In Schibsted Suomi our sales function is developing all the time and you will receive an interesting portfolio of customers and prospects consisting of one of the most exciting brands and companies in Finland. 75% of the work happens with your existing customers and 25% with large prospects. Your task is to drive the sales and to offer the entire Schibsted Marketplaces Portfolio to the selected customers. This portfolio includes Tori, Oikotie and Rakentaja.fi solutions reaching more that 4 million unique monthly users.
In the long term, we expect you to develop to professional in marketplace solution sales. We are here to help you with that!
Our Schibsted family is eagerly awaiting for your arrival! You will be a valued member of our awesome Sales team, where you will get to work in a team of media and marketplace professionals. Your closest partners in crime are Jessica, Lauri and Joonas, who you will meet in the interview process also.
Our sales team works flexibly in a hybrid mode between our downtown offices - home office and of course customer premises to ensure customers needs are met in the best way possible.

1. 45 min meeting with Ville, the hiring manager (get to know each other, role goals & expectations, your background & skills).
2. 45 min meeting with the team: Lauri, Joonas & Jessica (get to know each other & the daily work and understand your skillset better) + separate home assignment.
3. 30 min chat with the People & Culture Specialist Elisa (company culture, values & learning and development) and 30 min chat with Jenni (Director, Generalist & Motors).
