Key Account Manager, Pro Audio Solutions

We are now looking for an addition to our growing Pro Audio Solutions team! We offer a challenging position with an international company in growth, and the opportunity to work with a powerful global brand and a strong product portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with the Nordic Sales Director of Pro Audio Solutions to implement sales strategies, to increase sales and our brand position in the Finnish market.

Your daily tasks will include:

- Manage all aspects of assigned accounts within their portfolio, including but not limited to opportunity identification, qualification, pre-sales planning, presentation, closing, post-sales support and follow up, service and other issues to maintain good standing with account(s).

- Develop yearly dealer programs defining pricing, terms and conditions of trade, purchase projections and other aspects of the business plan in accordance with stated corporate policy. Visits with each dealer to review and discuss yearly objectives, terms and conditions.

- Review sales progress versus plan on a regular basis and interfaces with dealers to address and rectify shortcomings and discuss strategies for new opportunities.

- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
Consistently conduct customer training sessions at all locations.

- Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions in accordance with trade marketing strategies.

Qualifications and skills:

- University or Technical College Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience with knowledge of the Professional Audio Market is considered a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory to achieve goals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Finnish and English languages, both oral and verbal
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office
- Driver’s license
