Key Account Manager, Nordics and DACH

To help support our fast growing, global company and business, we are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Tampere or Espoo. Reporting to the Sales Director, Nordics & DACH, the Key Account Manager works closely with internal stakeholders as well as customers and relevant 3rd party contacts to ensure that appropriate objectives, targets and priorities are met.

As a Key Account Manager your day-to-day tasks will consist of

  • Ensuring your current customer base has their needs covered
  • Seeking new expansion potential within the existing accounts and their partner networks
  • Identifying, Specifying and Selling new development projects with the support of the M-Files team
  • Conducting M-Files solution demos and onsite meetings
  • Generating proposals
  • Negotiating complex sales cycle to close
  • Collaborating with consultants to ensure high-quality system deliveries as specified with the Customer

The candidate shall have minimum 5 years of sales experience in a technology-centric environment. Proven success in selling one or more of the following solutions is strongly preferred: Document Management, Database, ERP, CRM.

Additionally we expect

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Business, IT or relevant field
  • Proven ability to effectively build and manage a sales pipeline through active prospecting
  • Proven ability to win new technology projects
  • Ability to listen to customers and translate their needs into actionable solution descriptions and business proposals
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills, German is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel a reasonable amount

We also value experience in solution selling, document, and content management systems.
