We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for our client Henkels Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care divisions in Vantaa. At Henkel, you can make a difference and craft your career. ABOUT THE ROLE
As Henkels Key Account Manager, you play a key role in creating, developing and maintaining Henkel's customer relationships. You get to be responsible for the entire customer base, from the planning stage to the analysis of profitability and the mapping of the competitive situation. Additionally, you get to act as a team leader for four sales team members. Previous experience of managerial position is not required.

JOB DUTIES

* Act as a team leader for the sales team
* Participate in establishing and implementing the short and long-term goals and strategies
* Develop and implement the Account plan
* Develop, present and sell-in profitable brand plans tailored for the specific Key Account (inc. promotions, range and space reviews etc.)
* Monitor and evaluate customer development, market conditions and competitive actions
* Ensure the optimal information flow by coordinating the information between the sales team and different internal and external stakeholders

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Relevant university degree (e.g., sales/economics)
* Previous sales/category working experience in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) business within key account management
* Commercial business interest and good understanding of Finnish trade
* Capability to work as a team leader
* Good MS Office skills
* Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish

* Capable to prioritize and work towards both long- and short-term goals
