Vattenfall Business Sales Nordic is looking for a Key Account Manager with sales, customer and business responsibility for Vattenfall's large electricity-intensive business customers in the area of electricity sourcing and related services. The customer segment Energy Intensive Clients includes large consumers of electricity and can be found in traditional basic industry (mining, pulp & paper, steel, chemical industry etc.) and emerging new electricity-intensive industry. For the electricity-intensive customers, electricity constitutes a large part of the cost base and is therefore of strategic importance in both the short and long term.
Vattenfall has established a leading position in the Nordics within the client segment. Your role as a Key Account Manager focuses on further strengthening Vattenfall’s position being the partner of choice for these clients. The team includes today six Key Account Managers in Sweden and Finland and this position reports to the Sales Manager and Head of Energy Intensive Clients Nordic. The location of this role is in Helsinki.
The main responsibility for the Key Account Manager is to grow and develop long term profitable commodity sales business and customer loyalty with the Nordic Energy Intensive Clients. The overall goal is to manage client accounts, together with the customer team, by identifying and mapping customer needs, product offerings, contract negotiations, closing deals, and most importantly, managing and developing the customer relationship.
