We are looking for a

Key Account Manager for Hehku

to join our Retail Services Sales team in Espoo, Finland. The position is temporary until October 2019.

In BU Retail Services we sell and market wide range of health-related brands and traded goods for Finnish pharmacies and grocery stores. The KAM is responsible for Oriola’s total service and communication to Hehku including reporting and developing the service. In this role you will act as the main contact to Hehku for all questions regarding Oriola for example logistic, sourcing and master data topics. The KAM will be planning campaigns and POS activities together with Hehku on a yearly basis and have meetings with Hehku according to the plan.

The person acting in this role will have a key role in co-operation with the other organization. The KAM will be working closely together with Logistic, Sourcing and Master Data teams to deliver the best service for Hehku. The person will be implementing Hehku strategies to Oriola and bringing the voice of Hehku to new product development and marketing. The role requires active communication with marketing and product managers.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or equivalent education, some years of experience from the grocery store chains or pharmacy chains
  • Understanding of the grocery stores’ operating models
  • Experience of successful sales work and key account management
  • Capability to build lasting customer relations with active and positive approach
  • Strong and good organizational, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hands-on attitude and capability to coordinate operative issues with relevant contact points
  • Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and development activities
  • Good IT skills e.g. MS Office programs, excellent basic level Excel skills are required
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is an asset.
