Job Summary:

We are strengthening Sandoz Finland Specialty team and are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive, manage and develop CNS sales. You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing in Finland.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to achieve sales and build sustainable customer relationships within CNS by personal sales work and multichannel customer engagement. To generate new business leads and create a positive environment for current and future Sandoz brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and activity targets on territory for promoted Sandoz products as per the cycle KPI’s
  • Develop and apply insights and understanding of customer organizations and networks and deliver customer–centric solutions
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet goals and focus on continuous improvement
  • Operate effectively and flexible in changing environment and/or in different situations
  • Manage agreed administrative tasks with good quality and within given timeframes
  • Follow Novartis / Sandoz ethical code and Finnish medicines act and decree.
  • Be a positive team member and seek and share ideas of new innovative and more effective ways of working
  • Proactively maintain up to date knowledge of products and therapy areas.

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educated to degree level in a business or science subject.
  • Fluent Finnish and good English
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to travel and do independent result driven sales work.
  • Positive and result-oriented attitude with flexible mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic IT Skills (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Residence within the territory (Mid/ Eastern/South East/South Finland)
  • Networks and relationships within CNS professionals are advantageous.
