We are now looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for Betolar Oy. Barona will act as the recruitment partner, and the Key Account Manager will be employed directly by Betolar Oy on a permanent basis. You will primarily be working from Betolar’s office in Espoo, Finland, and of course you’ll travel in Europe.

Key Account Manager’s main responsibilities are:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with customers
  • Be responsible for implementing Geoprime concept in customer strategy
  • Create customer long term roadmap
  • Plan new product categories and necessary customer processes, support and train for continuous Geoprime production
  • Plan for achieving better margins for both customers and Betolar
  • Nurture identified MWB customers.

We expect you to have a M.Sc., Engineer or MBA degree in, for example, industrial engineering, material science, management (information/service) and at least three years of experience in Account Management. You should also possess great communication skills and a dynamic, goal-oriented approach. You are also fluent in written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial.

The role requires readiness to travel, especially to Europe.
