Neagen is looking for a (Junior) Software Developer to join our talented and professional development team in Oulu.
The work focuses on a web-based image viewing solution that enables precise diagnostics of 2D, 3D and 4D medical images. The software is used by medical professionals such as radiologists, pathologists and cardiologists working in university hospitals and health centers across Finland and other European countries. In the position you’ll get to learn and deepen your programming skills by developing new features on our products as well as improving existing solutions. Our software is developed mainly with Javascript, Java and C++.
The person we are looking for is enthusiastic about programming and is driven to learn more. We value analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and the ability to adapt and learn new things fast. We don’t expect you to know everything yet - whether you are a senior developer looking for new challenges, or someone just starting their career - the drive and willingness to learn more is what counts! By joining Neagen’s development team you’ll be supported by highly experienced colleagues to boost your professional development. In this position you will be employed directly by Neagen. Neagen’s head office is located in Rotuaari, Oulu. We offer flexible working hours and remote work/hybrid work opportunities, as we value our time together. The candidate should be based in Finland, as we do not offer relocation.
