Junior Sales Representative, Medical Devices
We are now looking for our client a
JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE, MEDICAL DEVICES
to strengthen their team presence in Finland.
In this sales role you will be working inside the operating room of hospitals together with healthcare professionals, such as surgeons, nurses, technicians, infection control, etc. Your task is to perform sales activities and develop market share by providing excellent clinical support and in-service training to assigned hospitals together with the Nordic team. Your role is to educate them on the merits and proper clinical use of our products and therapy innovations. You will also respond to all customer needs and requests regarding our client’s products and services and document your actions and client intelligence into the CRM system.
We expect you to have a commercial mindset, technical aptitude, and practical experience in the operating room or alternatively 1-2 years of sales experience. This is an entry level sales role; previous experience in the medical device industry is not necessary as the selected candidate will be trained for the role. Instead, we hope that you have a strong motivation to work in sales and a relevant university degree in nursing, bioengineering, marketing, business administration, or similar field. We also expect you to be able to communicate fluently both in Finnish and in English. Location of this role is the Helsinki Metropolitan area; however, your sales area is the entire Finland. Therefore, you need to have a driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively both in Finland and abroad.
We appreciate positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent sales attitude and collaboration skills with both external and internal stakeholders are must haves. We also think that good planning and organizational skills will help you to be successful in this role.
