We are looking for a Junior ICT Specialist to eSetts ICT unit with possibilities to influence your own tasks and responsibilities. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior ICT Specialist you will be a part of a growing team of four and have an important role in our ICT unit. Your daily work will include service desk operative tasks, general ICT support and administrative work and project-based work. eSett is an interesting company providing imbalance settlement services to electricity market participants in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

JOB DUTIES

The areas of responsibility are determined by your previous skills and development.
Your work week may include the following tasks:


* IT Support such as ticketing and documenting
* Microsoft Azure environment management
* Service Now management
* Participate in developing eSetts test automation solution

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Relevant education background
* Some experience with similar tasks, for example through a summer job or internship
* Knowledge of Devops and Microsoft Azure environment
* Fluent in English


It is also seen as an advantage if you have experience of the following:
* Python, C# or Java
* Jenkins
* Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian language skills
