We are currently looking for a service-minded, part-time JUNIOR HR Lead for our long-time client Infosys in Finland.
As a Junior HR Lead your main mission is to be a bridge between Infosys and the employees. The role is part-time (2 days a week) and fixed term for 12 months. The working days can be agreed flexibly with the supervisor. Depending on your preferences, you can either work as a freelancer or with an employment agreement via StaffPoint.
You will apply your expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion to support and advise managers, employees and other in-house stakeholders on HR-related questions. From the operational perspective, you will get to participate in developing and implementing our local HR strategies tactics and procedures. Success in this role will require physical attendance in Keilaniemi, Espoo at least a few times a month. You will report to the GEO HR Manager, Nordics in Sweden.
Your key responsibilities:
• Supporting international HRD team in overseeing and ensuring compliance by providing professional and prompt advices on local policies and laws & regulations (e.g. collective agreements) • Providing recommendations on internal HR processes • Interpreting HR and payroll documentation when needed from Finnish to English or the other way around • Facilitating the flow of information and data from various units, systems and corporate functions that are required for analytics and reporting for different HR processes • Supporting growth by enhancing the local employee experience to attract new talent for new and future deals in the country

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience from HR. Previous experience in an international environment is a big plus. BSc/MSc level degree from a relevant field Fluency in both English and Finnish Problem-solving skills and passion to tackle HR-related challenges in an international team that support our people on a daily basis Knowledge and ability to interpret Finnish labor laws, policies and collective agreements Ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive and service-minded attitude Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks
