We are looking for an energetic Junior HR Advisor for Atos Nordics in Tallinn. You will be a part of our Nordics HR Team, reporting to Head of HR Nordics with a dotted line to HR Manager in Finland. Besides daily HR Operations, you will be a linking pin to payroll, and responsible for implementation of HR policies, procedures, systems and tools.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Communicate and act as a contact person with outsourced payroll provider.
  • Coordinate all administrative HR areas in Finland.
  • Manage activities linked to Atos Employees daily administration and payroll.
  • Serve as a Human Resources “point of contact” for our employees and managers.
  • Provide support and advice for all topics related to employee administration and payroll.
  • Assists employees and managers in navigating various HR related systems, e.g. manager and employee self-services transactions, time and attendance system, HR Portal.
  • Process vacation and leave information.
  • Manage and report the HR database ensuring data integrity.
  • Handle and process occupational health care and sick leave data and reports.
  • Coordinate company leasing cars.
  • Process all onboarding and exiting.
  • Close co-operation with Finance.
  • Support development projects and give input to the improvement of daily HR and administration.
  • Assistance in daily operations for Nordics HR team and HR Managers.

Are you the ideal candidate?

You have some operational experience of HR and preferably of cooperation with payroll. You are energetic and can manage various administrative tasks in a timely manner. You always seek out for solution and have good communication and interpersonal skills. You are willing to travel 4 days per month to Finland (Espoo). You will be a part of multinational team and English is the primary language. In our team we are open and honest, we work hard to achieve our goals – and we also always have fun.

Required skills:

  • 1-3 years operational experience of HR.
  • Recently graduated or currently pursuing for BSc./ MSc. degree, preferably in Human Resources or Organization Science.
  • Fluency (verbal and writing) in Finnish and English.
  • High quality of accuracy and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Service minded, can-do attitude, hands-on, pro-active.
  • Sophisticated interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Frank, open and honest personality, team player.
  • Experience in a business driven multinational environment is considered as an advantage.
