Junior Business Controller

In our Electric Vehicle business line (EVBL) we develop and manufacture battery systems from 48V up to High Voltage for automotive and off-highway applications. Valmet Automotive covers the full range from contract manufacturing to a TIER1 system supplier.

Here’s where you’ll make an impact:

As an assistant controller you will work closely with the rest of the EVBL finance team and assist in reporting, analysis and planning processes. Attitude is key. We are looking for a team member who wants to get things done, has an open mind and willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities will among other things include:

• Supporting in monthly and annual reporting
• Supporting in budgeting and forecasting
• Assisting in project reporting
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Participating in finance development initiatives

We hope that you would have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering or equivalent. You are either currently finishing your studies or have couple of years of experience from similar tasks.
• Hands-on mentality, paired with a flexible work style to cope with a fast-growing work environment
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel (experience with VBA and PowerBI is an advantage)
• Fluent verbal and written skills in English
• SAP experience in seen as an advantage
