Oy Husqvarna Ab is now looking for a new Junior Business Controller for their Finnish organisation, based in Vantaa. The job is permanent position and work starts as soon as possible.
As a Junior Business Controller you will have an important role in preparing, analyzing and communicating financial information from three Husqvarna divisions in Finland: The main brand Husqvarna, secondary brand Gardena and the Construction Division. You will be preparing monthly and quarterly reports to Regional Management and provide support in commercial and financial matters as well as preparing financial budgets and forecasts. You will also be tasked in performing ad-hoc financial analysis for the division leaders and support them to understand company financials. Other tasks include managing and controlling credit risk (negotiating payment plans, improving debt collection processes), handling of expense reports, providing information to external auditors and administrating local contracts.
We hope you have prior hands-on experience from business controlling and financial roles and you have solid understanding and knowledge of business performance measurement and analysis techniques. You are structured and possess strong attention to details and accuracy even in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines. Of importance is also your analytical skills and ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable recommendations and presentations. Your communication skills are excellent in both Finnish and English and you are used to collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
