IT Support Specialist
We are now looking for a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join BCB Medical in Turku. You have a lifetime opportunity to join our growing company and our multitalented IT & Security team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be managing different employee IT devices and supporting our employees with Microsoft Office365 tools. You will also be an important part of contacting our subcontractors when dealing with IT devices and other office tools. Working in the Office365 environment will be a significant part of your everyday duties.
We hope that our new IT Support Specialist is open to learning new and ready to develop already existing practices. The most important thing is that our new IT & Security team member enjoy helping others.
To succeed in this role, we expect from You:
- Suitable degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Good understanding of MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Microsoft O365 & Azure Identity
- Some experience in end-user 1st or 2nd level ICT Support
- Ability to train, support, and guide employees on their daily work with IT-related tasks
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent Finnish and English, knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage
- Microsoft certifications, ITIL & ticket system knowledge is considered an advantage
A security clearance check by the Finnish Security Intelligence Service might be required in some of our customer projects.

The employment relationship is full-time and permanent, with a workplace located in Turku. We hope you are ready to travel occasionally between our other offices. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.
