We are now looking for an IT support professional with strong service-oriented approach to strengthen our customer´s IT team in Helsinki. Are you confident and skilled person with strong technical knowledge and a spirit to serve? If you are a real team player, always contribute your knowledge to others in the team, and work with a service-oriented approach, this position might be for you!

In this Support role, you will be a vital link in the software development, testing and implementation process by facilitating communication between clients and developers. The responsibilities of this position include providing written and over-the-phone support for clients, investigating and reporting issues and testing new software functionality. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, someone who can communicate technological problems, and takes pride in making the customer happy. This might be a great position for someone looking to dive into the software industry.

We would need you to have the following skills:

  • Experience in customer service and good co-operation and interaction skills
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure and good problem solving skills
  • Familiar with Service Desk type of work
  • Understanding Linux
  • Basic comprehension of software concept

Fluent service skills in English (fluency in some Scandinavian language is a plus but not a requirement)
