We are currently looking for energetic IT support professional with strong service-oriented approach to strengthen the internal IT team of our customer in Helsinki.
The perfect candidate is a confident and skilled person with strong technical knowledge and a spirit to serve. You enjoy a challenge and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in the IT field. Your task is to translate complex technical information into terms and concepts that the end users can readily grasp. You always work with a service-oriented approach making sure client satisfaction ratios stay high. You are a real team player making sure the team targets are met, always contribute your knowledge to others in team. You don´t need to have decades of experience, but we definitely want you to have a natural interest to always develop yourself further.
In order to succeed in this position, we would need you to have the following skills:
Familiar with some Service Desk / ITSM systems, ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
Troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance for various desktop operating systems, hardware, and software
Windows 10 and Mac OS operating systems, and related software
Understanding the mobile device management systems (Android, IOS) is a plus
Office 365 applications
Basic understanding of printers and corporate WLAN technologies
Fluent service skills in Finnish and in English – fluency in some Scandinavian language is a definite plus but not a requirement
Technical Certifications related to workstation environment are considered as a plus.
