Global Service & Operation is responsible for networks, technologies and IT, and is the enabler of an excellent customer experience. Technology consists of a group unit and country units and is present in all countries where Telia Company has its own network operations.

OSS Solutions within Global Service & Operation IT is responsible for Architecture, Design, Development, Maintenance and Service Management related to Telia Company common OSS solutions.

Monitoring Solutions team in the OSS Solutions is currently looking for IT Solution Manager.

In Monitoring Solutions we maintain and develop the future monitoring solutions.

We deliver these solutions to our main stakeholders in Global Service & Operation as well as to the local units.

We care about our customer by bringing the best solutions to our stakeholder, we dare think differently by implementing common new solutions and by simplifying system variety. We work in close cooperation with our stakeholders. We support them the best way in their daily operations but also with the future tools.

Your next challenge?

As IT Solution Manager you will work in a sub-team for the specific solution to deliver to our main stakeholders both from a short and long term perspective. You will be the key-expert in the team that maintain and develop our planning, optimization, data delivery and customer experience management tools.

The main responsibilities will be:

  • Secure quality in our solutions and keep solutions available
  • Support our users and increase their knowledge of the solutions
  • Proactively improve the solutions
  • Uphold and further develop our solutions
  • Together with the domain architects set the life cycle management (LCM) plan for the solution
  • Takes part in projects for introducing new fault management solutions and build future services
  • Lead solution specific maintenance and development assignments

  • Background in IT and/or Telco environments
  • Appropriate education (preferably IT/IP and/or Telco)
  • You have ITIL competence
  • You have work experience from international environment
  • Experience of managing external suppliers
  • You are fluent both in written and spoken English

Location: Sundsvall, Solna and Helsinki
