For a roll-out we are looking for an IT Service Technician onsite in Helsinki area.

As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd Level Support – on site – quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

Your Task

You will be responsible for PC management/logistics which includes in detail:

  • Receipt of asset shipments and move of assets to storage (including unpacking and staging of devices)
  • Software installation and deployment (Windows 10 and applications)
  • Planning and managing hand-out of devices; end-user support
  • Logistics: Collecting old devices and ensuring return flow

Our Requirements

You already...

  • have 1-3 years’ experience in IT support and ideally with ticketing systems
  • are comfortable working in a Microsoft environment
  • excellent English and Finnish skills and motivated to do something good for your users
