As a Service Manager you are responsible for IT services in the areas of networking, voice solutions and selected cloud services where focus in the beginning will be in the Microsoft cloud services.
On this role you will manage and develop these services to ensure availability, performance, quality and cost-efficiency as well as development and continuous improvement of the services with business, other IT teams and selected partners. This role also includes project management for small scale infra-projects. Responsibility area covers group-wide solutions and services internationally in all our countries.
Your closest colleagues are IT architects and other service managers.
