We are looking for an IT Service Manager, Marketing & Sales to join our development minded IT function!

As Marketing & Sales IT Service Manager, you are in a key role with direct business interface to whole Paulig Group. The purpose of this role is to engage with and grow our business to creatively, effectively and efficiently engage with our customers. You are responsible for developing Marketing and Sales related services including ways of working and you support and work for the business to meet their strategic marketing objectives. 

In this role, you make sure the services meet agreed business needs, are available and reliable and supported in agreed level. The services comply with Group IT architecture, guidance and security policies. Stakeholder management, building strong relationships and productive network from both business side and IT teams are important parts of the role too. You also manage demand and change management process for selected responsible area.

You are involved in studies, planning and realization of projects, take over responsibility from the project manager after the realization of a project ensure the successful transfer into the running business. You are responsible for a Marketing & Sales Service development road map. Coaching the network of business stakeholders for efficient working methods utilizing new digital marketing tools will be one of the important responsibilities.

What we appreciate:

  • Service manager experience of 3-5 years in area of Sales & Marketing 
  • Proven track record of creating and managing new digital services & understanding opportunities of new digital technologies  
  • Team player who enjoys working with many people and that has great communication skills
  • Ability to deliver results and meet Business expectations 
  • Good project management, planning and organizing skills
  • Experience in ITIL & ITSM  and financial knowhow 
  • Working proficiency in English and Finnish

The job is permanent and located in our modern head office in Vuosaari, Helsinki.
