We are looking for an IT Service Manager, ERP to join Metso Business IT Services in Vantaa.
As an IT Service Manager, you will have the operational responsibility for our M3/Lawson ERP system globally.
You will be responsible for delivering IT support and project delivery services for internal customers. IT service delivery consists of application support and development services.
You will continuously develop and standardize our processes and implement and drive new ways of working across the organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
You will work closely with our business IT management but also with many different levels of our organization.
To succeed as an IT Service Manager, you should have already a few years of experience in IT service management in a global business environment, preferably in managing an ERP system. You have an excellent understanding of ITIL and IT service delivery processes.
You are business oriented and result driven and you have very good management skills. You collaborate easily with both internal and external stakeholders and your negotiation and influencing skills are convincing. You have a development oriented mindset and the ambition to improve our ways to operate.
You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field and you speak and write fluent English.
