We are looking for IT Service Management Coordinator to a long project assignment for our global client. This is a full-time assignment and will commence from August 2021 and last until the end of September 2023. The work can be done mainly remotely but please note that the work equipment is required to be picked up from Helsinki, Finland. Some presence at the client premises may be required, however, in accordance with up-to-date, local authority covid- guidelines.
As an IT Service Management Coordinator you deliver information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) service operations and manage changes, configurations, incidents and releases. You will be working together with a team leader, as a part of a bigger international team, and be in contact with some key stakeholders and their units that this service is interfacing with.
What we expect:
-Demonstrated experience in Service Integration and Management
-Prior experience on IT Process Strategies and Assessments
-Knowledge of Service Management Framework Design and Implementation
-Strong Agile/SAFe/DevOps process development experience
-Fluent Finnish and English written and verbal skills
