We are looking for a IT Project Coordinator to work for our big international client company in Espoo. You will have a great opportunity to become part of a team of professional colleagues within project management and within taking a new IT solution into use in different countries of our client company.

This is a full-time position with a fixed term period; work starts as soon as the person has been chosen and lasts at least until end of January 2020. The contract will be signed with Adecco.

Your main task as IT Project Coordinator is to cooperate with the Project Manager and the project team to make sure that the tool deployment goes smoothly in different countries. You will be the point of contact between the global development and local implementation teams and you will make sure that the relevant tasks are completed on-time and both the stakeholders as well as team members are happy with the result. You will also schedule, prepare and conduct trainings.

We hope that you like to use your creativity and analytical skills to solve problems that might arise during the project. Systematic and accurate way of working is important when you create concise project documentation. You will get the chance to cooperate with many colleagues and teams while training the end users in various countries and when communicating with the colleagues from the business units driving this deployment.

So what makes you a great candidate with good starting point to become successful in this role? In order to succeed in this position you should have excellent project management and problem solving skills. You are a well-organized team player and a fluent communicator in English. We also appreciate ability to work independently, service minded attitude and motivation towards team work. The chosen person will need to be able to travel globally.
