Our client company, Radiometer Turku Oy, is looking for a skilled IT Maintenance Engineer to join the Technical Service Team in Turku
The IT Maintenance Engineer will work broadly in versatile tasks within Radiometer IT operations. You will be responsible among other things for the management of user accounts and network resources and control the user rights in IT systems such as AX, BMS, Arrow and internal network. In addition, you will manage the procurement of new hardware and devices as well as be responsible for the maintenance of the current equipment and devices. You will be responsible for resourcing and prioritizing of customer IT support and provide first line support to employee/businesses enquiries concerning e.g. equipment and software. You will train and guide users and will also conduct IT equipment projects from installation to the end.
We are looking for a true IT expert that also values a good quality customer service – you are in a key role in Radiometer’s internal services. Working closely with internal customers is an important part of your daily work. You are systematical and self-driven and can quickly react to changing situations. You are good at prioritizing and organizing tasks and projects. You are a social person that has good communications skills and enjoy working with colleagues and customers. You are passionate about information technology and you like to share it with others too.
