We are looking for IT Helpdesk Technician to support Bonava employees in IT Helpdesk.

Your role

You have the main responsibility for supporting Bonava employees in Finland. As IT Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact and resolve hardware, software, network and application problems related to laptops and mobile devices.  You will be working at one of the most modern IT environment in the world together with a global IT team located all over Europe. You will be located at our modern office in Sanomatalo Helsinki and report to Head of IT Support located in Helsinki.

Your tasks consist of:
• Resolving customer’s incidents and service requests onsite, over the phone and using remote access
• Registering and categorizing incidents and dispatching incidents to other teams
• Taking ownership of support issues and seeking closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed
• Basic troubleshooting of core IT services like email (Exchange Online), instant messaging/conference (Teams), collaboration/file storage (SharePoint Online, Yammer, OneDrive), printers and network.

We are looking for

We expect you to have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification. To succeed in this position, you also need to have at least a couple of years of work experience from a similar position. We use Windows 10 client and Office365 so the basic knowledge of them is needed.

You are a team player, but also able to work independently. You have strong customer focus attitude and excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with users to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. Also, excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English are required.
