Are you the future talent of Abloy IT-team? We are looking for an IT-Graduate with a can-do attitude who is in the early stages of his/her career.  As a member of the Abloy IT-team you would be participating in IT development and supporting Abloy’s business growth. We offer you the possibility to develop yourself in an international and inspiring environment.

Given the nature of our programme, we are looking for an individual who is ambitious, keen to develop his/her skills and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You would be working in a team that is dynamic and fast-paced, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value to the business. You have recently graduated or you are about to graduate.

The selected graduate would have a role in Sharepoint development and support. Sharepoint system plays a central role in ASSA ABLOY both in sharing information but also in supporting and driving our business processes. In this role the graduate would familiarize himself with both Sharepoint but more importantly also with Abloy business and processes.

Later on the graduate would have the possibility to either expand or change his/her role in the IT organization e.g. as a project manager or find a key role elsewhere in the organization.

Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities

  • An appropriate university degree
  • Genuine interest in IT development and desire to make an impact
  • Hands on attitude, result oriented, flexible
  • Good team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and who thrives in a busy, challenging environment
  • Fluency in Finnish & English
  • Previous experience in IT system development and knowledge of Microsoft platforms, especially Sharepoint is an asset.
