IPR Specialist

We are searching for an

IPR SPECIALIST

to help our global IPR Team in providing excellent legal services to customers.

You will have a unique opportunity to work very closely with our global IPR Team consisting of a wide variety of legal professionals with backgrounds as in-house counsels and attorneys-at-law. In your role, you will be providing administrative support to our IPR Team, with a particular focus on trademarks and other IPR-related assignments. Your tasks will include handling of national, EU, and international trademark applications and renewals, maintaining records and filing systems and general IP portfolio management, as well as correspondence with clients, authorities and foreign agencies.

We expect from you:

• Qualified educational background, i.e. bachelor’s degree in business administration
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support with focus on trademark assignments
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Finnish and English; capability to work in Swedish is an advantage
• Familiarity in using general professional tools, passion for visual design and skills for preparing clear and precise communications
• Proactive mindset, great social skills and ability to cope in at times fast paced environment
