We are looking for a passionate and business-oriented
IPR Lawyer
to support our customers in various types of legal matters related to intellectual property rights, with particular focus on brand protection and creative industries.
In this role you will be providing independent legal advice to our clients and recommending strategies to protect, manage and enforce their intellectual property rights. Your responsibilities will also include drafting, reviewing and negotiating various IPR related commercial agreements and helping our clients with resolving potential IPR disputes.

You will have a possibility to lead customer teams and/or be a team member in those according to your experience and preference. You will have a team of seasoned IPR lawyers as colleagues, and you will also have a chance to develop your skills in marketing, sales, and competence development, since at Fondia they are part of every lawyer’s work.
We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate working experience in business law with good knowledge of IPR related legal matters. We would love for you to have previous experience in working as a professional representative in trademark matters. Experience (in-house or law firm) from the field of creative industries (such as companies operating in the field of media, entertainment, design, or advertising) is also seen as an asset. We hope you to be a target-oriented and proactive person, who is capable and interested in handling many assignments simultaneously and independently, supported by your colleagues. You will enjoy working at Fondia if you are solution-oriented and a true team player, who is keen to constantly aim for smarter solutions. Our working environment requires excellent skills in Finnish and English, Swedish is an advantage.
