We are now strengthening our young, energetic, and international Taaleri Energia team by recruiting an

Investor Relations Manager

The Investor Relations team is responsible for Taaleri Energia fundraising, investor calls and meetings, presentation materials, fund data room documents, due diligence processes, placement agent relationships, marketing, social media, press releases, conferences, and events.

The Investor Relations Manager role involves regular travel to meet with European institutional investors. The successful candidate will preferably be based in the Helsinki head office, but a remote working arrangement may be considered for an exceptional candidate.

The role will report to the Head of Investor Relations and work in close collaboration with the investment team.

What you will be doing:

• Fundraising
• Investor calls, emails, updates, meetings, roadshows, conferences, newsletters, etc.
• Investor Relations CRM system improvements, updates and maintenance
• Investor presentations design and updating
• Fund data room document drafting, editing and updating
• Investor due diligence and closing processes
• Managing placement agent relationships
• Advertising, articles, press releases, social media and Taaleri Energia events

What you will need to succeed:

• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in institutional investment sales. Experience in private equity and an understanding of the private equity fundraising process is seen as a significant advantage
• Track record of raising capital from institutional investors
• Ability to engage with and maintain ongoing relationships with institutional investors and consultants across Europe
• Excellent presentation and materials production skills
• A degree in economics, business, finance, mathematics, or accounting is preferred

You will also need to:

• Have a natural ability to connect and build strong relationships with others, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
• Be proactive and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude. Have the ability to lead projects and work independently and a drive for high standards
• Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in other languages, particularly in Finnish, Swedish, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Dutch, is an advantage
