Currently we’re looking for a Investor relations (IR) Lead to join our marketing and communications team

In this role you’d be

• Responsible for investor relations and developing the IR function in accordance with the strategy
• Building relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and financial media and serving as the primary point of contact for them
• Organising and coordinating annual general meetings, road shows, capital market days, and other investor meetings
• Managing the creation and publication of financial communication materials: stock exchange releases, monthly reviews, and annual reports
• Creating and updating investor presentations
• Translating IR materials from Finnish to English and coordinating translations
• Managing the IR web site, IR blog, and social media

We expect you to have:

• Several years’ experience in investor relations in a publicly listed company
• Understanding the responsibilities and obligations of listed companies
• Solid knowledge of capital markets and investor and analyst community
• Relevant academic degree
• Relevant experience from international working environment (preferably ICT)
• Ability to comprehend, interpret and communicate company’s business clearly and effectively
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and proof-reading skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in a team and share know-how and learnings
• Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English – German considered as a plus

Working in our marketing and communications team

As an IR Lead, you’d be joining our in-house marketing and communications team of 10 professionals working in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Munich, and Tampere. You would also work closely with our CEO, CFO, and Chair of the Board.

Ideally, you’d work in our HQ in Tampere or in our Helsinki office. You will also be able to work remotely whenever it suits you the best.
