Interoperability lead

In BeeHealthy's software development team we develop services for expert users as well as for our end customers -patients. Our interoperability team is responsible for developing integration solutions that are scalable for our customers; the team is not big yet but we all know that good things come in small packages.
You will be in key role to ensure that BeeHealthy is the winning interoperable solution that can be implemented with any electronic medical record system and making sure that integrations and related use cases meet the customer needs and scale as much as possible across customers. Most importantly you will have overall responsibility for integration related customer deliveries.
As an Interoperability lead you will be leading the integration discussions with our customers, leading the team work including team weeklies and taking hiring & supervisor responsibility. Excelling in this role requires close collaboration with different stakeholders: customers, internal team including integration architect to manage the team in addition to close collaboration and communication with other internal stakeholders like customer and product teams. Essential part of this role includes mastering the industry best practices and Mehiläinen benchmark to optimize customer business processes and help making justified decisions for integrations.
To be successful you’ll need to be the initiator and responsible for the detailed architectural and environmental definition and documentation of the platform. We highly value someone with a great attitude: we work with important themes with a can-do approach as well as good humor.
