We are looking for a results-driven and committed HR specialist to join our enthusiastic International Recruitment team. Our team supports with global recruitment operations the Industry sector mainly, but also the logistics, HoReCa and construction departments.
As our new HR specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and retaining the international workforce, including dealing with relocation and on-boarding activities. You will be the specialist writing and publishing job advertisements on various channels, reviewing job applications, interviewing candidates, and doing talent assessment. You will also be in charge of smooth and functional enrolment of foreign employees – guiding and assisting our staff with authorities’ registrations, explaining the local labor laws, and coordinating their accommodation arrangements. Also, in your role you will manage the day-to-day communication with the workers, solving employment-related issues, as well as acting as a liaison between employees and HR managers. Shortly speaking, the role is a combination of recruiting and dealing with embarking employees to the Finnish work-life system.
You will work in close collaboration with our colleagues from payroll and relocation departments as well as with our units across the country. The desirable workplace for this position is Kajaani, or the capital region (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa). Also, we will highly appreciate your willingness to relocate to other cities.
The work is done mainly during office hours, but this position requires flexibility and occasional adjustment in terms of working time.

You work perfectly in English and speak fluently at least one of the languages – Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Slovak, Romanian. Finnish language skills add extra credit to your application. Your higher education degree supports your work in this position.
