Grundfos Internal Sales
The Grundfos Internal Sales team is part of our global sales organisation and the team ambition is to offer first class technical solutions for customer needs. The team is pivotal in reaching our sales growth converting customer quotations into orders and negotiating with Grundfos’ customers.
You will join a team of 9 in internal sales and all together 65 colleagues in the sales company in Finland. The position is located in our head office in Vantaa, Finland.

What is the job about?
As an Internal Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility is to answer customer queries, provide high technical support, create quotations and follow up on customer orders. Furthermore, you will develop specifications for projects and bid material and improve, maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential new customers. You will play an active role in ensuring knowledge sharing with the team and take responsibility for own competence development. Besides, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer-centric, collaborative ensuring one Company Culture. In addition, you will perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as and when required.

What do you need to apply?
You have a positive and resilient personality alongside with digital mind-set. You are customer-focused with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. You are highly organised with a strong attention to detail. Moreover, you have the ability to work well under pressure, you are highly adaptable and react positively to change in a fast-paced environment.
Furthermore, you:

  • hold an Engineering degree within engineering (electricity, automation or mechanical)
  • you have good IT Skills - preferably some SAP knowledge as well

speak and write Finnish and English effortlessly (Swedish is a big advantage)
