AsteDru Group has two sales offices, our Nordic Office is located in Forssa, Finland and the Central Office is in Grobbendonk, Belgium. Products are sold and marketed in a wide range of areas such as food and beverage, retail, vending and catering solutions. We work together with both end customers as well as sales partners, who distribute our products. This with a presence in more than 40 countries. The Forssa office employs 46 people and during the high season the amount doubles. AsteDRU Group has steep ambition for the coming years and want to build a team to support this growth.

Aste DruGroup is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their proficient team in Forssa. The Internal Sales coordinator will be working closely with the global sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Odotamme sinulta
Providing customer support, processing and coordinating orders, client requests and after sales support are all major responsibilities in this position, as well as maximization of customer value and coordination of tasks in efficient ways for flawless execution. Other tasks include e.g. organizing delivery transports, assisting Sales and Management in office management tasks and reports, coordinating deliveries of the finished goods and spare parts, and other related duties as required. A ‘can do’ mentality and positive mindset are skills we embrace within the team.
Koulutus ja työkokemus
In order to perform in this position, we expect the applicant to have preferably a master’s level education (e.g. MBA, MEng, DI) and several years of experience in a customer related service role. We expect the candidate to have fluency in English and Finnish, since communication within the organization in performed in both languages. Willingness to travel is also mandatory in this position (traveling days max. once in two months).

You have strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and you have been working with an ERP-system (MS Dynamics NAV/In-Motion is a plus). You are always thinking a step ahead with innovative mindset and you can work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical thinking and performing tasks in timely manner are highly ranked qualities.
