We are looking for a new, positive, service- and openminded colleague to join our Finnish office in Vantaa. You will be working as part of a team providing administrative support to the sales staff within the company, through use of the corporate lease administration system. You will be creating, controlling and calculating the documentation of financial solutions for our customers. The job also consists of support of our customers and suppliers via mail or phone.  We are a small team under development today, so we therefore need someone that has the ability to work alone as well as in a team

Your most important tasks:

  • Contractual work: creation of documents, handling and registration of incoming documents
  • Calculation of financial agreements
  • Registration of equipment in our systems
  • Support of our customers and suppliers
  • Handling and controlling End of Lease

Qualifications and other qualities:

  • Competent level in use of all Microsoft Applications
  • Flexible, adaptable and accurate
  • Able to work under pressure
  • You must enjoy working on repetitive tasks
  • You must have an interest for learning new things
  • Technical IT knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
  • As we are an international company, you must also have a competent level of English knowledge, both written and spoken
