Internal Control & Operational Risk Coordinator
Firstly, you will manage and develop strong internal control program locally according to the Group framework and schedules. You will work closely with team supervisors, advise them and give support with the set up and follow up of the action plans. Secondly, you promote a risk culture within the entity and ensure the implementation of operational risk related processes and procedures according to the Group framework. You will prepare internal control and operational risk related reporting and committee material towards local management and the Group. In addition, you will coordinate the local implementation of the Group regulations and participate in Global and Nordic level projects in the area of your own responsibility. You will also get a chance to get involved in compliance and data protection processes. You will report to Compliance & Project Manager and Compliance function is part of local Finance department.

We are looking for an excellent team player who has highest level of integrity and objectivity. You have minimum 2 years of experience within a relevant position/industry with proven track record and a Master or a Bachelor level degree in Business Administration or equivalent. You have experience with risk management, internal control, internal audit and/or compliance. Experience in project work is seen as an advantage. You have good MS Excel and other MS Office skills and good general understanding of ERPs and other IT systems. You have good presentation skills and communicate fluently in Finnish and English. You are analytical, organized and have a keen eye for details while simultaneously maintaining a clear overview. You have an ability to conceptualize while being also able to transform and execute. You are proactive and self-motivating and have a positive hands-on attitude and passion to get things done with quality results. You are willing to go the extra mile and further develop yourself in the field of risk & compliance. You enjoy working in an environment with ongoing changes and you are able to adapt quickly to new concepts.
