Are you ready to be the go-to person for any questions related to communications for one of our main industry practices?  Then this position might be the one for you.


As our next internal communications manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing an internal communications strategy for educating, engaging, and exciting the individuals who work in the Industry Practice called “Accenture Products”. Accenture Products is a global business unit comprising Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, Auto/Industrial, and Life Sciences, which will provide you with a broad “playground” for developing and executing your communications strategy.


In more detail, you will…


  • Develop and execute an integrated, multi-channel industry-specific communications strategy
  • Capture authentic leadership voice and represent that perspective throughout the communications
  • Develop integrated channels for communications including but not limited to town hall calls, videos, podcasts, blogs, and web-based stories
  • Identify programs to drive connection and collaboration across practices
  • Explore new channels and ideas to increase awareness and engagement
  • Coordinate with leads, content owners and stakeholders to position and present content
  • Analyze metrics to review and make suggestions to improve programs
  • Lead special communication campaigns as they arise 
  • Develop, write and edit other internal communications as needed

Summarized, you should be digitally-savvy, understand how to effectively engage across multiple channels, write for both executive-level and consultant-level audiences, and be able to translate complicated topics into easy, understandable language.


  • You have 8+ years in internal communications, journalism, integrated marketing communications, B-2-B marketing & communications
  • You have a university degree in a relevant field
  • You possess a strong command of the English language with the ability to write and converse in conversational, non-jargon, “weekend language”
  • You have knowledge of working in a highly complex, matrix organization
  • You have the ability to work globally with team members and leads from around the world. You show flexibility in schedule to ensure alignment with other time zones as needed
  • You know how to lead a communications campaign and organize all aspects of it
  • You have a strong track record with message development and digital content strategy
  • You know how to explain complex issues in concise, plain language that can be tailored to various target audiences
  • You are used on working and managing external agencies and vendors
  • You thrive on working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment
  • You are a passionate, flexible and committed individual with a can-do attitude
