We are looking to hire a Legal Counsel (in-house lawyer) to join our Office of General Counsel (OGC) in Helsinki. Our OGC provides legal support to our management, business units and support functions. OGC is a legal business partner to our business units and we cooperate a lot with the global PwC network and Nordic OGC colleagues in particular.
In this position your key responsibilities will include providing a wide range of legal assistance both in Finnish and English in contractual matters in relation to a variety of client engagements. You will also provide legal assistance in implementing new services to our clients and resolving daily business related legal questions.
To succeed in this position you have
- a Master of Laws degree,
- a couple of years relevant working experience e.g. as an in-house counsel or in a law firm, and
- fluent skills in both Finnish and English (written and oral).
