StaffPoint is now searching for two

1st Line IT Service Desk Specialists

to their Service Desk team in Vantaa, Finland.

Both positions are full-time, the first six moths are with temporary employment contract via StaffPoint.

Your main role is to support the users (retail stores and company HQ) in Finland and troubleshoot on all operational IT topics on a daily basis. You will act as the first point of contact for all incidents and requests whilst ensuring customers are updated with progress by maintaining good communication throughout the resolution process. You are supported by skilled coworkers and NESO, Northern European Support Office, and report to Country Manager.

Edellytämme sinulta

The skills we are looking for
• You've worked in a similar IT support environment or within a customer service role where you've supported customers remotely (experience 1 to 2 years)
• Have a keen interest in technology - maybe even just the 'go to' for friends and family
• The ability to communicate well with customers, managing priorities from start to finish and have a helpful attitude towards understanding issues and finding solutions
• Work with operating systems such as MS Windows Servers and Linux (apt based systems) Knowledge of O365/Win10/Intune and client management in general is a plus.
• Finnish and English both written and spoken
