Human Resources Trainee, Talent Acquisition and Digitalisation

To succeed in this work, our HR team of around 30 professionals is now searching for a new colleague.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded HR colleague in the field of Talent Acquisition and HR Digitalisation.
Your role will be supporting and participating in the activities of two teams in our HR organisation: Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and HR Digitalisation and Analytics. Together with your colleagues your target is to ensure smooth recruitment process flow with good candidate and employee experience as well as to makes sure that the HR systems are updated and working well.
Depending on your interests and background, you have a chance to participate in our employer branding activities and support diverse recruitment tasks such as recruitment marketing in social media and feedback survey management. In this position, you have the opportunity to learn about talent acquisition and employer branding function and use of diverse HR tools.
This is a paid, fixed term position until the end of August 2021. Ideally, we would like you to start in the beginning of November. The position is based in Otaniemi in our brand new FutureHub office, but currently we are working most of the time remotely. You may be a student in the final years of your studies or already graduated.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment process flow and ensuring positive candidate experience. You participate in candidate communication, preparing employment contracts and managing recruitment flow in our recruitment tools.
- Employer branding activities such as participating in career events and taking care of related arrangements, preparing marketing materials and coordinating collaboration with universities.
- Helping managers and employees and responding to their queries.
- Entering and updating personnel data in our HR systems and ensuring good data quality as well as supporting organisational changes.
- Other tasks depending on your interests and backgrounds may include scheduling and coordinating in-house suitability assessments, managing feedback surveys, participating in system implementation projects and producing recruitment related content in social media channels.
We are looking for
an enthusiastic colleague with can-do attitude and service-mindset. You might have already gathered some experience in the field of recruitment or other HR tasks, but your attitude and ability to learn new things counts for much more than previous experience. In your studies you have focused on human resources, organisation and management or other relevant field and you have special interest in using different HR systems.
You carry out tasks in a persistent and precise way. We are looking for a person who is proactive, enjoys versatile tasks and can adapt to a changing work environment. Naturally, you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Finnish and English.
