To succeed in this work, our HR team of around 30 professionals is now looking for a proactive and experienced hands-on HRIS professional into a permanent, full-time position.
 

Human Resources Specialist, Digitalisation and Analytics
 

Your role will be to support and develop our HR systems in close co-operation with IT, HR process owners, software vendors and other stakeholders. You are a key player both in our development projects as well as in front-end support and system administration. In addition, your responsibilities include the development of VTT’s HR reporting and analytics. For example, we have recently implemented a new data warehouse, and you will have the opportunity to develop HR dashboards to support effective decision-making.

With your enthusiastic colleagues in VTT’s HR Digitalisation and Analytics team, your target is to ensure effective and streamlined HR processes with technological solutions and enable cultural change by actively introducing new tools and platforms to support new ways of working. By joining our team, you will get a front row seat to the whole HR through different systems!
 

With us you will be responsible for

  • HR systems support and development in a key user role
  • Further developing our data and analytics journey (forecasting process, HR reporting and analytics with PowerBI etc.)
  • Participating in development projects (e.g. ERP upgrade, HCM cloud project planning and implementation) as part of the project team
  • Coordination and implementation of organizational changes to systems
     

We are looking for

  • Extensive hands-on experience in HR systems administration and development
  • Suitable university or applied sciences degree
  • Experience in HRIS and transformation projects
  • Understanding of digitalisation and a passion to explore new opportunities – employee experience is not just a buzzword to you
  • Solid understanding of different HR processes and curiosity to drive future HR using agile methods
  • Data and analytics experience, proficient skills in reporting tools such as PowerBI

You have an analytical mindset and ability to gather and analyse data from multiple sources.  In addition, you have good interpersonal and communication skills, both in Finnish (as major part of the work is in Finnish) and in English.
