We are now looking for a customer-oriented and motivated


to lead and monitor Finnair's passenger flow and connections to and at Helsinki HUB according to Finnair strategy. HUB Supervisor is responsible for cost-effective decision-making and reporting. HUB Supervisor reports to HUB Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and proactively monitoring transfer flow at HEL HUB
  • Monitoring feed from Process Supervisor, Customer Service Duty Manager and Allocators regarding customer experience and disruptions, deciding on right operative course of action
  • Daily decision-making of HUB customer flow proactively and cost-effectively
  • Ensuring that customer experience is fulfilled in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
  • Punctual internal and external communication reflecting Finnair values
  • Analyzing daily performance and deviations, reporting them with development proposals
  • Reporting costs of customer flow and disruptions
  • Collecting and reviewing reports, initiating investigations and compiling them to responsible service providers or other relevant parties
  • Providing structured development proposals, ideas and observations
  • Participating actively in HUB Control process improvement

We are looking for someone who has 5 years' experience in airline business with relevant customer experience background or other HUB operative experience. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of airline's operational core processes and their relations, as well as ability and passion to manage complex HUB environment proactively. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, excellent communication and cooperation skills as well as ability to work in a structured way under high pressure are very important qualities for a HUB Supervisor.

To be considered for online tasks and an interview, we expect you to have:

  • A high school degree, preferably higher level education
  • Strong experience in customer experience / HUB operations in airline business
  • Knowledge of most common operational IT systems
  • Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English skills
