We are now looking for an enthusiastic
to join our Group HRD team in Espoo.
What do you get to do?
You support running our competence development process by providing a set of different learning methods and group-wide training programs. You will also take responsibility of our different HR and learning systems and tools both by using them and supporting others in using them. You will help organize, execute and develop different kinds of surveys to support individual and organization development. You will be implementing e-learning training projects from needs assessment to training follow up with the help of our internal customers and our e-learning concept owner.
You will organize Metsä Group’s training programs which includes coordinating the events with the training partner, handling all participant communication and instruction, facilitating and organizing all events and collecting feedback. Furthermore you will also participate in further development of our training programs. We will implement our learning processes in our HR system, Workday. By joining our team, you will become a key player in the project and gain the experience of implementing a central feature in our global HR system. Hopefully you are no stranger to internal communication and Social Media as we are looking for someone who would be eager to work with our Group Communications in providing content and insight to our employee communications concerning people development topics.
What are we looking for?
You will need a suitable educational background, a master or bachelor degree from a relevant area, and some experience in working in HR/HR development. Mostly we are looking for a person who is interested in taking a role that has a lot to do with systems and tools, using and developing them, but also a role of providing expertise on human learning and development. You will need to be comfortable with presenting and cooperating through the organization with different employee groups. Fluent English and Finnish are required, other language skills are an asset.
