We in Zalaris are experts in HR & Payroll digitalization and will help you to become one as well, with our 6 months HR Tech trainee programme in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Latvia.
Join our 6-month trainee programme and become a certified SAP HXM consultant! As part of #teamZalaris, you will work in an international company with skilled and experienced colleagues and gain insights into our wide range of projects. If you're interested in new technologies and exciting challenges, this is the right place for you!
During this programme, you will acquire all the skills you need to kickstart your career as a SAP Payroll Consultant in the HR environment. You will receive a professional introduction to the world of SAP HXM and we will familiarize you with the central modules of payroll and HR master-data. Under the guidance of our experienced consultants, you will have the opportunity to take part in exciting projects right from the start and implement Zalaris own systems and solutions based on SAP functionality. We will prepare you in a targeted manner for your future career at Zalaris, support you in your personal development and deepen your project management skills. After successfully completing the trainee program, you will be specialized within either Payroll, Travel or Time management, and start your career as a Junior Consultant in our experienced international team.
After completing the Trainee programme, your responsibilities will include:
