You could call it a Global HR Support Specialist

In the role in question you’ll contribute to great employee experience by developing and executing smooth HR processes, mainly working with employee surveys, and analyzing people data. If’s employee survey family is growing, and you will be developing and executing these surveys and analyzing the results in combination with other people data. You will support our organization with great analytics and insight. You will be part of shaping and executing our people analytics strategy going forward.
The overall aim of HR in If is to support the business to attract, develop and retain great people. In HR terms this translates to creating smooth and proactive people processes that add value for our leaders and employees. We are over 100 competent, engaged and committed colleagues in HR, and we are currently organized in 5 functional Nordic units.
Our Global HR Operations team is supporting our organization in HR reporting and analytics, employee surveys and learning tools. Our team is also responsible for more operational tasks of the annual wheel of HR, such as coordination of annual bonus payout. We are currently a team 8 of driven and highly competent persons, who take pride in supporting customers and each other. For us it’s important to always consider the customer point of view to find the best solutions. We work in a very hands-on way and encourage each other to take initiatives.
We are looking for an analytical person with project management experience who can take a global view in various tasks with focus on surveys and analytics. In your daily work, you will work closely together with your colleagues across different countries and units.
We are looking for you that
- has excellent analytical skills – seeing the big picture and able to structure large amount of information
- is fluent in Excel and excel and first-class skills in creating professional presentations
- is thorough, systematic and efficient
- is self-going and takes initiative
- has project management experience and facilitation skills
- has a track record of running and designing effective surveys
- Prior experience in HR, Data Analytics, process development, Workday knowledge is considered as an advantage
- communicates fluently in Finnish and English (both written and spoken), as we provide support to several countries.
