We are currently searching for HR Support for our international client in the OL3 Site. The job starts during September 2018 and lasts until end of June 2019 with the possibility for extension.
Previous work experience in HR Administration preferred
Knowledge of shift planning and collective agreement for salaried employees in the technology industries is a plus
IT-skills: MS Office
Personal skills: flexible Team player with ability to work independently, rigorous, proactive, reliable, good communication skills
Language skills: Fluent English
Control of Työnhallinta - tool (time collection and leave request process) as first point of contact for employees:
Registration of new employees as tool user
Corrections of recordings as needed
Regular data follow up to ensure the compliance with legislation - reporting to Project direction
Shift work agreements etc
Processing the monthly working hours to payroll, other co- operation with payroll
Administrative HR tasks such as:
Writing certificates for the new arrivals
Filing and checking HR related documents (e.g. contracts)
Update of HR related documents (arrival forecast, employee lists)
Support Managers with Shift planning
Monthly reporting of expat absences
Daily support to HR topics: recruitments, contracts, employee guidance
