We are looking for a service minded colleague in our HR team of four to take ownership of driving and developing our HR Services. You are expected to challenge existing processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The focus of the role is supporting first class people experience through effective HRM-processes and relevant HR Services. This covers employee lifecycle management, compiling and ensuring accurate and timely pre-payroll material for our payroll service provider Aditro and supporting our line managers in questions related to labour law and collective agreements. Furthermore you will act as single point of contact in assigned global HR processes.
In this role sits also our HR Services provided to people working at Arla like health care services, staff restaurant, sports and sports facilities and social clubs like gym, swimming pool, floorball team and fishing club. You'll work closely with Mehiläinen to drive work ability and wellbeing agenda supporting our line managers to provide possibilities for long work careers and healthy work life balance for our people.
