We are looking for a service minded colleague in our HR team of four to take ownership of driving and developing our HR Services.  You are expected to challenge existing processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The focus of the role is supporting first class people experience through effective HRM-processes and relevant HR Services. This covers employee lifecycle management, compiling and ensuring accurate and timely pre-payroll material for our payroll service provider Aditro and supporting our line managers in questions related to labour law and collective agreements. Furthermore you will act as single point of contact in assigned global HR processes.  

In this role sits also our HR Services provided to people working at Arla like health care services, staff restaurant, sports and sports facilities and social clubs like gym, swimming pool, floorball team and fishing club. You'll work closely with Mehiläinen to drive work ability and wellbeing agenda supporting our line managers to provide possibilities for long work careers and healthy work life balance for our people. 

Your challenges

  • Improve internal processes to improve people experience on HR Services
  • Simplify, automate and digitalize our current work flows when possible and meaningful
  • Review and update our onboarding process for both blue collar and white collar employees
  • Participate in  Europe HR Business Plan by delivering assigned projects
  • Drive assigned global HR projects like global Time & Attendance rollout in 2021

Your profile

  • You have applicable education and 3-5 years’ experience in relevant area.
  • As working with master data management you need to have a structured way of working with attention to details.
  • You are capable to interpret legislations, collective agreements and internal policies into tangible decisions in appropriate time.
  • In this role you need to feel comfortable to work with different stakeholders and have good consulting and negotiation skills
  • As being part of Europe HR team and global HR community you speak English business fluent in addition to mastering Finnish

  • To be able to promote HR solutions to our people and line managers you need to have a sense of marketeer and communicator inside of you
