Do you want to put your brilliant mind to work and help us evolve our Human Resources function? Do you have a passion for driving continuous improvement in people processes and systems and are ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in? If so, you are the person we are looking for. In this role you will handle and develop a range of HR administrative and operative work duties as well as have a key role in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) implementation. You have previous experience in these areas and aspirations to learn more. You describe yourself as proactive and service-minded professional with a developmental and curiosity-driven mindset.  

Your responsibilities include:
•    Supporting managers and employees in daily HR Services by answering inquiries related to employment, time management   and payroll
•    Leveraging internal HR practices, process, trends and data points to drive enhancements
•    Managing employee life cycle processes, like administration of employment contracts and certificates
•    Acting as a key contact to our external payroll service provider with a proactive approach
•    Maintaining and developing employee data in HR systems and providing various people-related reports as well as analyzing HR data   
•    Supporting your team in various administrative and operative tasks
•    Participating in People Strategy implementation with your colleagues
•    Supporting employee engagement events and assessments as well as related actions and coordinating employee communication
•    Assisting with all audits as required

Your experience and areas of competence include:  
•    Solid (3+ years) HR experience, preferably in the field of IT     
•    Good understanding of key HR processes and employment life-cycle in general   
•    Experience in using HR information and payroll systems as well as a keen interest (and maybe also experience) of HRIS implementation
•    Ability to analyze data, identify areas requiring action, and make appropriate conclusions / suggestions
•    Proactive HR mindset with a hands-on way of working
•    Result orientation and impeccable attention to detail
•    A genuine willingness to help people succeed and develop
•    Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
•    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
